Merge

     1 "compiler" project README.

     2 

     3 This project is for working on the compiler tool (javac)

     4 in the OpenJDK langtools component.

     5 

     6 The main class for the tool is com.sun.tools.javac.Main.

     7 

     8 NetBeans 5.0 or later is required and sufficient to use this

     9 project, and others in the OpenJDK langtools component. 

    10 This is different from other projects in OpenJDK, which 

    11 require version 6.0 or later.
