Bytes::put_native_u4: fix unaligned

$ java -Xint -version

It triggers 28 unaligned instructions.

Bytes::put_native_u4() requires unaligned writes.

Effect:
* -Xint -version: 0 unaligned instructions.

 README:

   This file should be located at the top of the hotspot Mercurial repository.

 Simple Build Instructions:

     cd make && gnumake

   The files that will be imported into the jdk build will be in the "build"

   directory.
