8011773: Some tests on Interned String crashed JVM with OOM
Summary: Instead of terminating the VM, throw OutOfMemoryError exceptions.

 Simple Build Instructions:

     cd make && gnumake

   The files that will be imported into the jdk build will be in the "build"

   directory.
