8024517: runtime/CDSCompressedKPtrs/XShareAuto.java failed with RuntimeException
Summary: Make sure CDS is off by default when running server compiler.

 Simple Build Instructions:

     cd make && gnumake

   The files that will be imported into the jdk build will be in the "build"

   directory.
