8238076: Fix OpenJDK 7 Bootstrap Broken by JFR Backport
Summary: Avoid use of lambdas and StringJoiner so GenerateJfrFiles builds with OpenJDK 7

 Simple Build Instructions:

     cd make && gnumake

   The files that will be imported into the jdk build will be in the "build"

   directory.
